Mr. Moore is Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of John Marshall Bank (“JMB”), a regional bank headquartered in Northern Virginia that serves the Metropolitan DC marketplace. Mark’s career has spanned 30 years, the vast majority of which has centered on commercial, real estate and government contractor lending to local enterprises within the Greater DC region. Complimenting his commercial banking expertise is the valuable experience he gained during his years serving as a partner of two distinguished Northern VA-based investment banking firms (‘01-‘06) that provided M&A advisory services, private equity investments and capital formation support to the government contracting and technology sectors (The McLean Group and Longstreet Partners). His commercial banking career has been with excellent institutions in the Greater DC region - First American Bank of Virginia (‘85-‘92), George Mason Bank (‘92-‘98) which was acquired by United Bank (‘98-‘00), and M&T Bank (‘06-‘08). Throughout his career Mark has served in a variety of leadership roles at prominent business organizations including the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman), the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (Past Chairman), the Business Alliance of GMU (Past President / Past Chairman of its Grubstake Angel Investment Group), Leadership Fairfax (Class of ’00), and has served in a variety of roles for Pamplin’s Finance Advisory Board since its inception.
