Greg Carter is a Senior Vice President and the Debt Products Executive for Bank of America’s Home Builder Division (part of Commercial Real Estate Banking).  Prior to assuming his current role, Greg served in other leadership positions within the division, including Central Region Executive and Market Manager for the Northern Virginia area.  He began his career with the Bank in Metro Washington D.C. in 1991.

Greg’s 23-year real estate banking experience includes identifying capital markets opportunities, financing commercial and residential properties, problem loan resolution, REO disposition and consumer real estate related activities.
