Teaching:

Dr. Bonomo, a winner of the Wine Award, teaches Real Estate Finance, among other courses. He has taught at different levels in the Finance department. Prior to coming to Tech, he was an Assistant Professor at the University of California. He has lectured at other universities and colleges under the National Science Foundation Visiting Scholars Program.

Research:
Dr. Bonomo's research interests include the efficiency, management and regulation of financial institutions, monetary theory and the operation of financial markets, and the role of banks and academic institutions in fostering financial and economic development. His research has been published by leading journals in economics and finance, including the American Economic Review, Journal of Finance, Journal of Political Economics, and Review of Economics and Statistics.

Business Experience:

Professional Achievements:
Dr. Bonomo has testified before commissions and legislative committees on matters related to the regulation of banking, taxation and economic policy, the savings and loan industry, and antitrust policies. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers and as Director of Research for that Washington-based organization.
