Teaching:

Mr. Giles teaches Legal Environment of Business at the undergraduate level.

Research:
While in law school, Mr. Giles conducted legal research in the areas of remedies for copyright infringement in the recording industry and the liability of Virginia insurance agents and brokers.

Business Experience:
Prior to law school, Mr. Giles worked as a private investigator for International Investigative Service. He worked in the insurance fraud industry doing undercover investigations and performing long-range fraud surveillance in the southeastern portion of the United States. He also investigated questionable worker's compensation claims. He was employed as a Machine Designer for local manufacturing firms such as Virginia Plastics, ITT- EOPD, and Gala Industries. His work focused on the design, building and operation of industrial equipment used to manufacture products for these companies.
